Shipping Policy for Serenital Products

At Serenital, we are committed to providing a hassle-free shopping experience, which includes free shipping on all orders within the United States. Please review the details of our shipping policy below.

1. Free Shipping on All Orders

We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders, regardless of order size or value. No minimum purchase is required.

  • Shipping Carrier: All orders are shipped via USPS, FedEx, or UPS with tracking included for your convenience.
  • Estimated Delivery Time: Standard shipping typically takes between 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Please note that delivery times may vary slightly during holidays or due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays.

2. Order Processing Times

  • Order Processing: We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed before 3:00 pm PST will typically be processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 pm PST or on weekends will be processed the next business day.
  • Processing Time: Once your order is placed, please allow 1–2 business days for processing before your package is shipped.

3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment. If you do not receive your tracking information within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact our customer service team at info@serenital.com.

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • Domestic Shipping Only: We currently offer free shipping on orders within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.
  • PO Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses: We are able to ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via standard shipping. Please note that delivery times to these addresses may vary.

5. Delayed or Lost Packages

While we strive to meet our delivery estimates, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, carrier delays). If your package is significantly delayed or you believe it may be lost, please contact us at info@serenital.com, and we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 10 days of receiving your package. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference.
